CONSTIPATION - Adults, elder Children, Babies / Toddlers


CONSTIPATION - Babies & toddlers:


✔️ find out the cause ...some food or medication may cause it...dairy or refined oils or chicken can cause it...not moving body much, can cause it...

✔️for breastfeeding babies...lots of breastfeeding especially the fat-rich hindmilk will help...mother takes care of her constipation....

🍏give boiled apple to be eaten at one sitting... every day... 

----boiled so that child can eat entire fruit in one sitting.... if she can eat full raw apple at a time then no need to boil.
----boil in less water almost kind of steam for few minutes so that it gets soft....give her water that remains in the pot


✔️ lots of water & fibrous diet including jau dalya, khajoor, guava, oranges, cucumber, tomatoes, chanay ki daal are also very good for constipation.... 


✔️sometimes babies & toddlers get afraid of passing stool....so massage & exercise is very important....

...stomach and back massage with light hands....

....walk, run, jumping play with her.....

....everyday tricycle or kids bicycle or lie down on floor & do cycling movements few times....

...situps: feet shoulder width apart stand & sit...do atleast 10 times....

honey everyday & fibrous diet including jau dalya, khajoor, apple, guava, oranges, cucumber, tomatoes, spinach are also very good for constipation.... 


✔️ exercise is very important....

....walk, run, skipping rope....cycling or lie down on floor & do cycling movements few times....

...situps: feet shoulder width apart stand & sit...do atleast 10 times....
