Healthy meal doesn't have to be difficult meal!
Haleem:
For better nutrient absorption sprinkle fried onions, green chilies, cilantro and squeeze lemon juice.
Eat some wholewheat bread (laal aatay ki roti) with it. Have lemon juice after sometime.
Beef mince with rice:
Turn meal healthy simply with yogurt, fried bitter gourd (karela), salad & beetroot water (put beetroot slices into water for few min).
Noodles:
Flour (maida) noodles are nothing but carbs that turn to sugar...
So add anything healthy available in kitchen.... salad, chickpeas & orange....
for fiber, protein, vitamins & nutrients....
