May Allah rewards you for fasting & breastfeeding...
Remember it's good weather... you can fast & breastfeed....but if it gets difficult to feed... then you may leave the fasts or fast with gap...then later make it up...
What to eat?
-In sehri include milk & egg, dates, yogurt, banana... And lots of water...
-Also eat almonds....
-Roti doodh mein chur kar effective hoti hay (round bread in milk)....
-In iftari,,,chanay (chickpeas)... especially kalay chanay (black peas), dahi baray (lentil patties in yogurt), fruits... watermelon,..
-dinner which has red meat...shorba ziada ho aur usmein roti chur kar daalein...(round bread in curry)
-.suji ka hareera kise waqt kha lein raat mein...(semolina pudding)
-.jau(barley) dalya doodh mein... (barley milk porridge)
-.panjeeri eat in sehri & iftari....(trail mix)
-.malka masoor, zeera, saunf, methi dana ...ye sab milk supply increase kertay hain....(whole red lentils, cumin, fennel, fenugreek.. improve milk supply) .....ye sab kise bhee salan pakatay hoay masalay daal dein ....ya pher malka masoor ka 1 spoon ka soup banain ye masalay daal ker...
How to feed?
-Learn effective let down of breast milk
-Learn deep baby latch...
-.Hot pad...any soft folded cloth dip in warm water ...put on breast for comfort & better supply...
-.Drink water before feeding
-Let the baby feed more...ye jo aajkul 15 min 15 min boltay hein na ye wrong hay kyun k sirf fore-milk jata hay baby ko.....sahi ye hay k pehlay aik breast effectively empty ho...(hind-milk is fat rich & this way milk gets produced more)
-.skin to skin with baby...
-Breast massage helps milk flow... search the term breast gymnastics...it's breast massage for better milk supply...
-rest & no stress
