Remember to breathe consciously while following steps:
1.walk 5-10 min.
2.legs swings
3.wall pushups: stand at arms length from wall. Both palms on wall. Then bring your body near wall... push up style. Then stand straight. Repeat just 5 times.
4.shake hands and fingers to relax
5.sit at floor, move your feet fingers then touch your toes.
6.lie on ground. Relax every muscle. Put legs somewhere high...bed or sofa...just relax in this position. For as long as you want.
Eat for weakness:
-2, 3 dates everyday
-barley porridge in milk, sweetened with jaggery / honey / dates
-banana 2, 3 everyday
-almonds few everyday
-beef/mutton broth with lemon squeezed in it
