NATURAL BIRTH INSTINCTS & KNOWLEDGE IS LONG FORGOTTEN SO I SHARE THE IDEA:

Natural Birth instinct & knowledge which was deep rooted within us, it's long forgotten. reviving it can cause real healing of us spiritually, emotionally & physically.

Natural instinctive birth is right of mother & baby.  Trust in Allah & His design, work with our body systems and hormones to achieve a peaceful birth instead of extra medical interventions & face consequences e.g. side effects of unnecessary c-sec.

As most of you know that how much I advice for health but I myself felt totally helpless & in no control when I was rushed to unnecessary fear-mongered emergency c-sec despite my healthy pregnancy throughout & even at that moment...
